  2. Hi Amanda,
    I really enjoyed this post. The main reason is because I am an adult learner. I can see many of the things you are talking about in myself. One reason many adults farther their education is because there is some type of benefit behind it, rather it is a promotion within a company or organization or self-gratification. You talked about how adult learn and one way you said they learn is through mistakes. I have found that many adults are quick to learn from their mistakes and not only their mistakes but through others people mistakes as well. Knowles reminds us that as a person matures they accumulate a reservoir of experiences that become resources for learning (Pappas, 2013). The Bible verse that you quoted is so true that we can allow our past experiences motivates us and makes us who we are. Great blog and keep up the good work!
